Small businesses borrow better together
Commercial Finance Partnership was built to give merchant communities the standing that individual businesses are often denied.
Our mission
Why we exist
Traditional lenders ask small businesses for collateral, long credit histories, and paperwork that a sole proprietor rarely has on hand. The result is a funding gap that falls hardest on the newest and smallest merchants.
Commercial Finance Partnership closes that gap with a simple idea: a group of verified businesses, jointly accountable, attracts investor capital that no one of them could raise alone. We provide the verification rails, the underwriting, and the distribution infrastructure that make group investment work.
We are a private company operating under U.S. and international financial regulation. We are not a government program and hold no public funds.

Principles
What guides our underwriting
Access over collateral
Creditworthy businesses are turned away every day for lack of assets to pledge. Group guarantees and verification replace that barrier.
One standard for everyone
Every member of every group clears the same document and identity checks. No exceptions, no side deals.
Shared accountability
Groups succeed together. Reserve contributions and mutual guarantees keep short-term stumbles from becoming defaults.
Transparent pricing
You see the full cost of credit — rate, fees, total repayment — before you accept anything.
